The care plan is what keeps the site online, so it comes with every site rather than being optional. Changes beyond the time it includes are quoted before we start, at $95/hour with a 30-minute minimum — so a ten-minute edit is billed as 30 minutes.

Always quoted rather than listed — this is the tier where the work genuinely varies. Unlike the others, this tier runs its own service and database, so the monthly covers real infrastructure as well as the care plan. It is a floor, not a price.

A monthly can be higher than the figure above when a site costs more to keep online — a premium domain we buy and hold for you is the usual reason — and we tell you that number before you commit to anything.

Two things, and both are real. It keeps the site online — hosting, the certificate, the domain and your contact form all cost something every month for as long as the site is up. And it buys you a person: someone who makes your changes without you having to ask for a quote first.

Unused time does not roll over, and anything past the included time is quoted at the hourly rate before we start — never billed as a surprise.
Without a plan, changes are $95/hour with a 30-minute minimum — so the plan is cheaper the moment you need more than a couple of edits a year.
There is no version of this without the monthly. A website that is not hosted is not a website, and hosting, the certificate and the contact form are running costs that do not stop — so they are what the monthly covers first, and the included changes come on top.
Stopping the plan means we stop hosting the site, so it will come down — we will tell you before that happens, never quietly. What we will not do is hold it hostage: we send you the finished files to host wherever you like, and your domain stays yours. It is your website, and leaving should cost you nothing but the move.
How paying works
Half when you accept the quote
We invoice you through Stripe and start once it clears. Paid by card.
Half when you approve the site
You review a private preview first and ask for whatever you want changed. Nothing goes live until you have said yes.
Your domain stays yours
Registered in your name, on your card. We will help you set it up and we never ask for your registrar login.
